Installation or use advice

Before any finishing (oil, wood stain, varnish…), allow the panel to acclimatise to its final environment until a stable moisture content is reached (< 12%), which may take a few days to two weeks depending on ambient conditions.
For outdoor use, opt for a sheltered installation or ventilated facade with appropriate protective treatment.
To prevent moisture absorption, round off or chamfer the edges of the panel, then apply a protective finish to all faces and edges.
When fitting against a wall or facade, allow a ventilation gap at the rear to prevent any moisture build-up.
