Secure payment by credit card

Woodup.fr allows you to pay for your purchases by credit card (Carte Bleue / Visa / Mastercard) or by cheque, and guarantees you a secure payment.
After selecting your card type, you will be connected to our secure payment server. You will then simply need to enter your card number, its expiry date and its security code.
Payment is fully secured thanks to the online payment system of our banking partner: Banque Populaire.

3D Secure

3D Secure is a programme created by international card schemes Visa (Verified By Visa) and Mastercard (Mastercard Secure Code) to enhance the security of card payments on the Internet.

The objective is twofold:

- Reduce the risk of fraud, in particular identity theft and non-payment related to disputes over payment orders,
- Offer online buyers a reassuring and secure payment process.

This programme is based on the introduction of an additional verification step during an online purchase. To work, both the merchant and the online buyer must be enrolled in the 3D Secure payment scheme.

Payment in 1 or 3 instalments, interest-free

For your baskets between €150 and €2,500, we offer you the option to pay in 3 interest-free instalments with our partner Alma.

Payment by bank transfer

If you choose to pay for your order by bank transfer, Woodup relies on the expertise of Fintecture.

Payment by cheque

Payment by bank cheque is only possible for cheques in euros drawn on a bank based in France or Monaco. In the event of payment by cheque, the cheque will be processed upon receipt.

Purchased items will only be dispatched after the payment has been validated by the debtor's bank. If the cheque has not been received within 10 working days following the order, the order may be cancelled outright by woodup.fr. Should the buyer wish, they will then need to place their order again.

The cheque must be made payable to the seller and sent to the address below, together with a copy of the order summary:
