How to place an order by administrative order on our website
1- Create your account
You need to create a customer account in a few minutes in the name of your public authority or local government body.
The Customer account allows you to save your billing and delivery details so that you do not have to enter them with each new order.
Your personal data is strictly confidential and is used exclusively by the company Levigne for the processing and tracking of your order.
This information is under no circumstances used for advertising purposes or passed on to third parties.
2- Place the order on the website
- Add the items to your basket. Then click on "Order"
- Choose your delivery method
- Accept the general terms and conditions of sale
- Select the "Administrative Order" payment method
- Confirm your order
- You will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards containing a link to your purchase order
3- Confirm with a purchase order
To confirm the order, please send us the stamped and signed purchase order:

4- Your order is processed upon receipt of your purchase order
The stamped and signed purchase order commits your organisation to settling the order amount. The order itself is processed immediately upon receipt of your purchase order and the products are dispatched to the indicated address according to their availability.
