Since 2015, Woodup has been supporting building professionals with a range of over 1,000 references in staircases, balustrades and timber fittings. More than 10,000 clients have already placed their trust in us.
Located in the heart of a forest in Auvergne, we work with the timber species that define quality wood: fir, Douglas fir, beech and oak. Our joiners are at your disposal to advise you on every project, from standard to bespoke.
We manufacture part of our range in France, and have worked for decades with manufacturing partners in Poland and Romania — countries with strong expertise in the timber sector. We are directly involved in their manufacturing process and the design of the ranges: they are partners, not mere suppliers.

How do I get my professional prices?
After creating your pro account and validating your company registration number, you automatically gain access to our professional pricing grid. Additional discounts are applied based on your quarterly purchase volume.
What are the average delivery times?
For products in stock, the average lead time is 5 working days. For made-to-order products, a specific lead time is communicated to you at the time of ordering. In all cases, delivery is arranged by appointment to fit your site schedule.
How are delivery costs calculated?
Costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and the accessibility of your site. Depending on your order, delivery can be arranged as standard parcels, by courier on a scheduled appointment, or by freight for large volumes. Delivery is made to the property boundary. Costs are displayed before order confirmation, with no hidden charges. For any specific access constraints, our logistics team is available to find the best solution in advance.
Do you offer an installation service?
We do not offer direct installation. However, we have developed a partner programme that allows qualified professionals to become approved Woodup installers. Contact us to find out more.
