Who are we?
Since 2015, Woodup has supported building professionals with a range of more than 1,000 staircases, balustrades and timber fittings. More than 10,000 customers have already put their trust in us.
Based in the heart of a forested area in Auvergne, we work with timbers renowned for their quality: fir, Douglas fir, beech and oak. Our joiners are on hand to advise you on every project, from standard products to bespoke designs.
We manufacture part of our range in France and have worked for decades with manufacturing partners in Poland and Romania — countries with extensive expertise in the timber industry. We are directly involved in their manufacturing processes and the design of our ranges: they are partners, not simply suppliers.

How do I access my trade prices?
Once you’ve created your trade account and your SIRET number has been verified, you’ll automatically gain access to our trade prices. Additional discounts are applied based on your quarterly purchase volume.
What are the average delivery times?
For products in stock, the average delivery time is five working days. For made-to-order products, you’ll be given a specific delivery timeframe when you place your order. In all cases, delivery is arranged by appointment to fit your site schedule.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and accessibility of your site. Depending on your order, delivery may be by standard parcel service, scheduled freight delivery or dedicated transport for large volumes. Delivery is made to the property boundary. Charges are shown before you confirm your order, with no hidden costs. If your site has specific access restrictions, our logistics team can help plan the best solution in advance.
Do you offer an installation service?
We don’t offer installation directly. However, we’ve developed a partner programme that enables qualified professionals to become Woodup-approved installers. Contact us to find out more.
What guarantees do you offer on your products?
All our products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity. If you notice a defect on delivery, our customer service team will handle your request according to its priority.
