What is sawmill structural timber?

Sawmill structural timber is suited to the heavy mechanical loads of traditional or industrial roof structures. The maximum moisture content of sawmill structural timber is 22%. Its strength class is C18 (traditional roof structure) or C24 (industrial roof structure, frame). Solid structural timbers are made from spruce, fir, pine or oak.
