Made from solid wood machined in the workshop, it compensates for level differences between the floor and the first tread while maintaining aesthetic continuity. Trimmable on site, it is easily adjusted to the configuration of each installation.

Installation advice
- Prepare a flat, dry surface before installation.

- Cut the base to the required dimension using a suitable saw.

Maintenance and protection
Solid fir must be protected against moisture variations. Apply a natural oil or acrylic varnish after installation. Avoid prolonged contact with water and maintain an ambient moisture level below 20%. A light sanding and a new coat of protection can be applied every 3 to 5 years.
