Adjustable operation: adjustable slope + horizontal steps
The Fageole staircase is designed with a system of metal pivots fixed in the stringers. This principle allows the incline of the staircase to be adapted to the configuration of the space:
- If the slope is reduced (lower floor-to-floor height or greater setback), the steps remain perfectly horizontal thanks to the individual adjustment of the pivots, without trimming the stringers.
- If the slope is steeper (insufficient setback), you can trim the stringers to adjust the length and remove one or two steps if necessary.
This system offers great installation flexibility, without the need to notch the steps. It is suitable for both standard arrangements and constrained spaces.
