Installation advice

Mounting surface: the canopy must be fixed to a sound load-bearing wall made of concrete, brick or concrete block. For a façade with external insulation, use fixings suitable for the insulation; these are not supplied.

Marking out: determine the height above the door, centre the canopy over the frame and mark level fixing points. At 68 cm high, check the available space between the top of the door and any lintel or balcony.

Installation: secure the brackets, check they are level, then fit the panel. Allow for two people to install it.

Care and protection

The anthracite grey powder-coated frame needs no treatment. Clean the canopy once or twice a year with clean water and mild soap. Use a soft sponge or microfibre cloth on the acrylic panel: abrasive or solvent-based products could scratch or dull it.
