This plywood larder comes in 3 stackable sizes, all with the same base of L40 x D30 cm, with variable height depending on the model: small (H21 cm, 1 level), medium (H35 cm, 2 levels with a dividing shelf) and large (H50 cm, 3 levels with two shelves). Its grey aluminium rack protects food from insects while ensuring continuous air circulation. The integrated wooden handle makes it easy to move. Supplied as a kit, it assembles quickly.

Lighter than the solid beech larder, it is particularly well suited to small spaces: a kitchen worktop, a pantry shelf, a wall-mounted larder. The 3 sizes are modular and nest together — you can start with the small model and add the medium or large as needed.

Which size to choose?

Usage tips

Place in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight. For cheese, do not store strongly odorous washed-rind cheeses alongside mild cheeses — aromas spread easily in a small enclosed volume. Air the shelves daily by briefly lifting the lid for a few minutes.

Maintenance

Wipe the plywood shelves with a cloth lightly dampened with vinegar — the vinegar effectively neutralises cheese odours. The aluminium rack can be cleaned with soapy water. Allow to dry thoroughly before putting back into use to prevent mould on the plywood.
