The CHALANCON 56 is a wooden folding loft ladder for openings 55, 60 or 70 cm wide and 120 or 130 cm long. Its 56 mm hatch, including 50 mm of insulation, insulates the loft above a heated room.

The 40 cm-wide ladder has 12 treads and folds away against the ceiling into a 170 mm-high frame. It suits ceiling heights up to 280 cm. A handrail is supplied.
