This loft ladder is fitted with a thermally insulated "Sandwich" type hatch of 46 mm with 40 mm insulation, guaranteeing excellent thermal comfort (U = 0.85 W/m².K). Made from robust metal, it offers great durability and optimum stability. The white hatch, paintable to suit your taste, allows you to match your interior décor.

Delivered with a safety handrail for housings wider than 55 cm, it ensures comfortable and safe use. In addition, it includes protective feet to preserve your floor.

Installation tips

Prepare the opening: Add a 5 mm margin around the hatch opening to facilitate installation of the housing.
Secure fixing: Fix the housing to the ceiling using screws or suitable fixing brackets (not included).
Adjust the height: Cut the segments if necessary to adapt to the floor-to-ceiling height.
Finishing: Install the protective feet, the handrail (if applicable), and test the folding mechanism.
