This solid natural pine louvred wardrobe door leaf is designed for spaces requiring continuous passive ventilation: wardrobes, larders, utility rooms, ventilated storage. Its open slats allow air circulation without a technical grille. The thickness is 21 mm. It is available in 8 formats covering heights from 690 to 2422 mm and widths from 294 to 594 mm.

This door leaf is compatible with sliding rail systems Aluminium sliding system and standard hinges for 21 mm door leaves. It is not trimmable — a measurement error means you will need to reorder. Delivered in untreated raw pine, it accepts all finishes: paint, varnish, stain or oil. No finish is applied in the factory. For interior use only.

Installation tips

Measure the opening height and net width between uprights. Select the corresponding format allowing 2 to 3 mm clearance on each side for the door leaf movement. As this door leaf is not trimmable, check twice before ordering. Apply the chosen finish before installation, covering all faces and edges — the areas between the slats are difficult to access once the door leaf is fitted. For a hinged installation, choose 21 mm hinges suited to the weight of the door leaf.

Maintenance and protection

In untreated raw pine, the wood may yellow slightly in the light without affecting its mechanical properties. To limit colour change, apply a clear stain or matt varnish. Dust the louvred slats two to three times a year with a soft brush or microfibre cloth. Without treatment, the wood remains stable indoors in dry conditions. Avoid heavily humid rooms without ventilation (bathroom without extraction).
