Installation advice

Allow an 8 mm clearance in your frame above the opening to integrate the upper rail. Fix both rails at the top of the opening, perfectly parallel and level. Then fit the bottom rollers to each panel according to the dimensions of the supplied template. Slot the panels into the upper rails, then guide the bottom rollers into the lower rail. Adjust the door stops to define the travel of each panel. A fitting video is available on the Woodup website to follow the steps one by one.

Maintenance and protection

Clean the aluminium rails with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust and residue. Lubricate the rollers with a silicone spray (non-greasy) once or twice a year to maintain smooth sliding. Avoid greasy lubricants which attract dust and clog the rails. Check the tightness of the rail fixing screws annually.

Choose the 120 cm rail for a 2-door configuration and the 200 cm rail for 3 doors. The rail length must correspond to the total width of your wardrobe opening.

Is this system compatible with cross-panel doors Cross-panel pine door?

Yes. The sliding system is compatible with all Woodup panels of thickness ≥ 16 mm, including cross-panel models Cross-panel pine door, louvred 21 mm Louvred pine door 21 mm and louvred 28 mm Louvred pine door 28 mm.

Does the ceiling or wall need to be drilled to install this system?

The rails are fixed to the top face of the wardrobe frame or directly to the ceiling. No drilling in the panels is required for the rails – only the bottom rollers are fixed to the doors.

Can this system be installed on an existing wardrobe with hinged doors?

Yes, provided the opening has a space of 8 mm clearance in height to accommodate the rail. If the current frame is too tight, a structural adjustment may be necessary.

What is the difference between the 120 cm rail and the 200 cm rail, and how do I choose?
