Installation advice

Measure the opening height and net width between uprights. Select the corresponding size allowing 2 to 3 mm of clearance on each side for the panel movement. As this panel cannot be trimmed, check twice before ordering. Apply the chosen finish before fitting, covering all faces and edges – the areas between the slats are difficult to access once the panel is installed. For sliding installation, use the Woodup aluminium sliding system Aluminium sliding system adjusted for a 21 mm panel. For hinged installation, choose 21 mm hinges suited to the panel weight.

Maintenance and protection

In raw untreated pine, the wood may yellow slightly in light without affecting its mechanical properties. To limit colour change, apply a clear stain or matt varnish. Dust the louvred slats two to three times a year with a soft brush or microfibre cloth. Without treatment, the wood remains stable in a dry interior. Avoid rooms with high humidity and no ventilation (bathroom without extraction).
