Installation advice

Measure your opening in height and width before selecting the size. Choose the size immediately above your opening, which will then be adjusted by trimming. To trim the white lacquered MDF, use a circular saw with a fine carbide blade (60 teeth minimum) to avoid tearing the coating. Work slowly and guide the saw with a straight edge. Apply a white edge strip to the cut edges to protect the MDF and maintain the lacquered appearance. Fix the panel with a minimum of 3 hinges for the 199.5 cm height and 4 hinges for the 252.4 cm height.

Maintenance and protection

Clean the white lacquered surface with a slightly damp cloth (plain water). Avoid abrasive sponges and acidic household products that dull the coating. For minor surface scratches, a touch-up with a commercially available satin white lacquer paint restores the appearance.
