Installation advice

Measure your opening in height and width before selecting the size. Choose the size immediately above your opening, which will then be adjusted by trimming. To trim lacquered MDF, use a circular saw with a fine carbide blade (minimum 60 teeth) to avoid tearing the finish. Work slowly and guide the saw with a straight edge. Apply a white edge banding to the cut edges to protect the MDF and maintain the lacquered appearance. Fix the door leaf with a minimum of 3 hinges for the 199.5 cm height and 4 hinges for the 252.4 cm height.

Maintenance and protection

Clean the white lacquered surface with a slightly damp cloth (clean water). Avoid abrasive sponges and acidic household products that dull the finish. For minor surface scratches, touching up with a white satin lacquer paint available in shops will restore the appearance.
