OUMENET Metal Balustrade and Beech Handrail – For Indoor CEYSSAT Staircase

The OUMENET balustrade combines a metal structure with a solid natural beech handrail, designed to fit the CEYSSAT staircase. This dual-material metal-wood combination offers a warm contemporary look, where the rigour of the metal structure is softened by the natural wood of the handrail. The finished height is 1 metre, compliant with regulations for indoor landing balustrades.

The beech handrail is delivered raw and untreated — apply a protective finish (varnish, oil-wax or lacquer) before use to protect the wood from hand contact and ambient moisture. This balustrade is intended for indoor use only. Floor fixing screws are not included as they depend on the type of substrate.

Installation advice

Before installation, apply a protective finish to the beech handrail: varnish (2 coats) for maximum resistance, or oil-wax for a natural appearance. The handrail is the most exposed part to contact — untreated wood stains quickly. Adapt the floor fixing screws to your substrate (not included).
