Installation tips

Position the handle on the panel and mark the screw hole positions with a pencil before drilling. Use a drill bit suited to the material (wood bit for solid pine, MDF bit for boards) and drill at low speed to avoid splitting. On lacquered MDF panels, a careful pilot hole preserves the finish around the fixing point. Tighten the screws gradually without over-tightening to avoid distorting the surface.

Maintenance and protection

Wipe the chrome handle with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products and acidic cleaners, which can tarnish chrome. To restore shine, a dry microfibre cloth is sufficient. Chrome may develop slight limescale marks in hard-water areas – weekly wiping prevents their build-up.
