This articulated fitting connects two 16x16mm Quadrum range square rails at a variable angle, for configurations where the balustrade changes direction. It is used in combination with the 80x30mm articulated horizontal handrail fitting – together, they handle the complete angle of the balustrade across its full height. Each balustrade angle requires 5 rail fittings (one per horizontal rail) and 1 handrail fitting.

Available in gloss black and gloss stainless steel finishes, this fitting maintains the visual consistency of the Quadrum installation. It is exclusively compatible with 16x16mm square rails in the Quadrum range – not interchangeable with Ø16mm round rails in the Ellipsis range, which require their own articulated fittings Ø16mm Ellipsis articulated rail fitting.
