This half-louvred folding wardrobe door is made from solid pine, section 21 × 32 mm, height 205 cm. Its distinctive feature: the upper section is solid while the lower section is louvred, providing natural ventilation whilst preserving better visual privacy than a fully louvred model. It is available in 61 cm width (2 panels of 30.5 cm) or 71 cm (2 panels of 35.5 cm).

The door panels are supplied with pre-mounted hinges, top rail, top and bottom pivots, knobs, and full fixings. Installation is via top rail + pivots for smooth, silent movement. This model is non-trimmable. For unventilated damp rooms (bathrooms without extraction), this product is not suitable.

Installation advice

Allow 4 to 4.5 cm of clearance above the opening to fix the top rail. First fix the rail, then position the top and bottom pivots according to the template provided. Clip the door panels onto the pivots and check the alignment: both panels should be parallel and meet without resistance in the centre. Adjust the floor clearance if necessary. Maintenance and protection

Dust the louvred slats two to three times a year with a soft brush or a microfibre cloth. For the solid raw pine section, a dry cloth is sufficient for day-to-day cleaning. If the door has been painted or varnished, cleaning with mild soapy water (neutral pH) is appropriate. Avoid abrasive products that could scratch the finish. If the pivots creak, a light application of wax lubricant is sufficient to restore smooth movement.
