The kit includes 2 pre-assembled posts, the aluminium handrail with rounded profile, 5 round Ø16mm rails and the finishing end caps. Anodised aluminium resists corrosion without maintenance, making this balustrade equally suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Floor fixing hardware is not included. Installation tips

Planning: This starter kit covers 120 cm. For 220 cm, add 1 extension kit Ellipsis aluminium extension kit. For 320 cm, add 2 extension kits. The span can be adjusted by cutting on site. Allow for rail connectors Round rail connector Ø16mm Ellipsis and the handrail connector Handrail connector Ellipsis to join each module - these accessories are not included in the kit.

Floor fixing: The posts are fixed to the floor via their base plates. Use Ø6mm stainless steel screws (timber floor) or Ø8mm expansion anchors (concrete). Check each post is vertical with a spirit level before tightening. Tighten progressively to avoid deforming the aluminium base plate.

Angles and direction changes: For angles, use the articulated handrail connector Articulated handrail connector Ellipsis and the articulated rail connectors Articulated rail connector Ø16mm Ellipsis. These accessories allow variable angles - they are not included in the starter kit.
